1. Platform Usage

NestABD is an informational property intelligence platform. By using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the platform by, any third party.

2. No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice

Nothing on NestABD — including project listings, builder trust scores, AI-generated analysis, or any other content — constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. NestABD is not a registered investment advisor, real estate agent, or legal practitioner. Always consult a qualified, RERA-registered real estate agent, lawyer, or financial advisor before making any property-related decision, and independently verify all information at official sources (see Official Source).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the platform beyond normal browsing use; (b) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, including the AI analysis endpoint or any rate-limiting controls; (c) use the platform to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; or (d) misrepresent your affiliation with NestABD.

4. Intellectual Property

The NestABD name, logo, platform design, codebase, and original analytical content (including builder trust scoring methodology) are the property of Nest ABD Realty. Underlying public RERA data remains the property of the relevant government authority. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial reuse of NestABD's original content or code is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, including changes to data coverage, features, or AI provider availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestABD and Nest ABD Realty shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform, or from reliance on any data, score, or AI-generated content presented on it. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nest ABD Realty from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
