1. Does NestABD Use Cookies?

NestABD does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or cross-site behavioural tracking. The platform has no login system and does not build user profiles.

2. Local Storage

To improve performance, NestABD's browser-side code may use your browser's local storage (not cookies) to temporarily cache public dataset files (project listings, builder data) for up to one hour, so repeat visits load faster. This cached data is non-personal — it is the same public RERA-derived dataset served to every visitor — and is never transmitted anywhere; it stays on your device and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.

3. Essential Functionality

Some browser storage may be used to remember non-personal preferences during your session (e.g. which tool tab you last viewed, recently-viewed projects on your own device). This data is not shared with us or any third party.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Pages that load Google Fonts or that you navigate to via outbound links (e.g. www.up-rera.in, WhatsApp) are governed by those third parties' own cookie practices, which NestABD does not control. Please review their respective policies.

5. Managing Storage

You can clear cached local storage data at any time via your browser's settings (typically under "Site settings" or "Privacy & Security" → "Clear browsing data").
